According To Hoyle

The ruling party requires
Pointed hats and funny attire
Thus is spoken from his sire
Not to comply would be dire

You must have fun or face the fire
Your child’s broom will sweep the pyre
Ash on their head we’ll admire
Now laugh, have fun and inspire
