1 John 1:3-10

We share fellowship
Father and Son filling joy
Walking in His light

Dark cannot reside in Him
Liars cannot live within Him

Sin’s the deceiver
Confess sin against our God
We share fellowship

Jesus His Son cleanses us
For His word must live in us

    I especially love the last couplet. Much power packed into that truth, and in the reality that His word must live in us – it MUST! And therefore we must respond with poems and songs and expressions of joy 🙂

    Oh yes! Getting the truth compressed into haiku is too much. I had to focus on a wee little bit of it. This is the little bit that spun my haiku: “and the blood of Jesus his Son cleanses us from all sin”
